This club is an after school provision for parents looking to pick up children past the school finishing time. “More than just childcare” Our active After School Care provides many different and valuable benefits for your child. Typical After School Care Session: 3.25pm Children Registration From 3.25pm Snack & Drink 3.35pm - 4.15pm Session 1 - Arts & Crafts, Board Games, Lego 4.15pm - 5.15pm Session 2 - Activity/Group games From 5.15pm Additional Snack & Drink offered upon request 5.30pm - 5.50pm Session 3 - Homework/Reading/Quiet Time 5.50pm - 6.00pm Collection/Sign Out Timings and activities are subject to change at individual clubs/schools. Parents can collect at any time, up to 6pm. We have a strict collection policy in place, only parents are authorised to collect their child. If another person is to collect we expect to be informed before the collection day and time and a password will be given by parents that will be used by the person collecting their child. No child will be released to anyone other than a parent or re-arranged person. Our After-School Care offers a range of healthy snacks including sandwiches, wraps, yogurts, fruit, vegetables, juice, water, squash & seasonal selections. Our team is: Qualified in Sports & Childcare Trained in Safeguarding children Approved to work with the Department for Barring Services (DBS) Registered and checked by Ofsted Qualified in First Aid Trained in Child Protection Awareness & Procedures Trained in Health & Safety and Behaviour Management Fully insured Camp notes Bookings must be made 24 hours before the club day that you would like to attend. If you would like to change any bookings, please contact emma@completecoaching.org.uk with at least 24 hours notice, without this notice refunds/credits will not be applied.
